<p>Welcome to Pomodoro Hero!</p>

<p>The Pomodoro Technique is a time management system that promotes efficient work by dividing the day into focused intervals. These intervals, known as pomodoros, consist of 25 minutes of work followed by a 5-minute break.</p>

<p>During the 5-minute breaks, it is important to engage in activities that differ from your work tasks. You can take a short walk, meditate, drink water, stretch, or tidy your surroundings.</p>

<p>The Pomodoro Technique is a powerful tool for achieving a balance between productivity and quality. By dedicating just 25 minutes at a time to focused work, you can accomplish tasks more effectively.</p>

<p>Here's how to use Pomodoro Hero:</p>
<ol>
  <li>Select the project you want to work on</li>
  <li>Start the Pomodoro timer (which is set to 25 minutes by default but can be adjusted in settings)</li>
  <li>Concentrate on completing the task until the productivity timer sounds</li>
  <li>Take a break when the timer sounds (set to 5 minutes by default but adjustable in settings)</li>
  <li>During the break, try to practice recommended habits</li>
  <li>When the break timer ends, return to step 1</li>
</ol>

<p>In addition to providing relaxation during breaks, Pomodoro Hero suggests healthy habits to adopt within the 5-minute break periods. You can also create your own habits in the settings panel.</p>

<h3>Trophies</h3>
<p>To keep you motivated on your productivity journey, Pomodoro Hero has implemented a trophy system. Unlock achievements as you progress through the app.</p>

<h3>Themes</h3>
<p>The app's default theme is dark mode, but you can disable it in the settings.</p>

<h3>Backup</h3>
<p>If you're switching phones and want to retain your historical data, Pomodoro Hero offers a backup feature. You can store your data locally or in the cloud.</p>
